New and Improved Features:

• Heatmap visualization is now available through flame icon in the top right shortcuts. You can now visualize an heatmap of value and quality that will overlay the data that you entered in your diagram.

• Saving a file will now notify all other users that have the same file opened of your modification and ask them if they want to load the changes you just saved.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed two issue with the caret disappearing or appearing in the wrong direction in some very specific cases in the board view.

Tips:

• We have received some questions about the new launch screen of the Digital Enterprise Server and its interaction with the unsaved work cache that we used to have in the product. Simply put, this unsaved work cache is still there but to access the last unsaved model, you need to open the product using the tile menu at the top (9 small squares). Clicking on a model in the navigator will open the last saved version of that model from your place (repository).

• Accelerators are now sorted alphabetically with the Digital Enterprise Graph always being the first.
• Element description can now be entered with character styling in full HTML.

• A sorting button has been added in the collections detail panel to sort the elements in alphabetical order.
• Collections positions are now fixed and can be expanded outside of the width of the browser window. This position will be persistent in the model and Discovery Accelerator will no longer try to fit all collections in the browser window width on reload.

• When viewing the relationships of an element, the type of each relationship is directly depicted in the HW5 view. The relationship type is clickable to modify the relationship or delete it.

• The BPMN Export now export more information that take advantage of the new feature of the BPMN Modeler to view the HW5 relationship between Activities, Actors, Artifacts, Events, System and Goals. For instance, Activity RACI relationship will now be exported to BPMN.

• It is now possible to Undo and Redo an action on each view. The undo & redo buttons now appear in the Home tab and can be used in the Board, Text, Relation and User Stories views. The keyboard shortcut for undo and redo: CTRL+Z and CTRL+Y respectively can also be used.
• When creating a new user story, it now creates a responsible and achieve relationship.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the collections would not be visible after a save/load action when they were created in user stories or text views.
• Fixed an issue which prevented export to HTML in some cases.

New and Improved Features:

• Added pages to the Board and Text views. It is now possible to separate your work on multiple pages in the same project. In the Board view, collections can be moved from one page to another by dragging them to the page tab at the bottom.
• When exporting documentation to MsWord or HTML reports, the information is now grouped by page.
• The Share functionality button has been moved to the Teamwork tab.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue which would sometimes layout the end events outside of the lane/pool when exporting to BPMN.

• It is now possible to share links to models created using the Share button under the Home ribbon.

• It is now possible to assign a version and a state to your model file. Assigning a version and state to a model functionality can be found in the “Teamwork” ribbon, by clicking on the new “Publish” button.
• The version and state of a model has been added to the “Project Charter”, in the “Version” tab. This information is also present during the export to reports.

• Improved the functionality of the user stories navigation: pressing TAB now activates the next available field.

• Fixed a bug where the collapse arrow would disappear in the user stories when switching between views.

• Fixed a bug which would keep the original CSS of the element when pasting the element into user stories.

• Fixed an issue where IDs would be duplicated in the graph/accelerator when a save as function is performed.
• Fixed the error message displayed when a file with invalid characters was saved.
• Fixed a bug which would prevent export into BPMN/CMMN when the file name had a special character.
• Fixed an issue where the user was not properly notified when their file has been modified by someone else when they are about to save.
