Trisotech

The Story

Trisotech was created in 1996 when a few friends joined forces to provide software consulting services in a different way, with the constant pursuit of innovation and process improvement. Beginning with software development lifecyle (SDLC) processes, delivering Agile services and solutions aligned with business priorities in a simpler technological environment, this led to innovations in workflow solutions, and progressed to an active role in the current definition of Business Process Management (BPM). Continuously looking forward, Trisotech is leading the charge in enabling the Digital Enterprise of the future.

The Trisotech founders contribute experiences and expertise ranging from military leadership and top-notch research and development, to professional sales and marketing. Now, many years later, Trisotech is led by the original core management team, innovating to transform the DNA of the organizations of the future.

For over a decade, Trisotech has been a driving force in international BPM standards. Denis Gagné, a Trisotech founder, is a member of the Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) Steering Committee, chair of the Business Process Simulation Working Group (BPSWG), and the co-Editor of the XPDL 2.2 process definition standard. At the Object Management group (OMG), he serves as the Chair of the BPMN Interchange Working Group (BPMN MIWG), and a member of the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), the Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN) team and the Decision Model and Notation (DMN).

Trisotech created and operates the Business Process Incubator, a free online community providing access to BPM, change management, process improvement, Lean and Six Sigma resources.
